Market notes

What a structured review actually checks

Before any introduction, a stated interest is checked for role, market and coherence between volume and origin.

A stated interest arrives with three pieces of information that have to agree with each other: who the party is, what they are looking for, and at what scale. When the three do not line up, the next conversation is expensive for both sides.

The review starts from the declared role. Buyers, sellers and traders are looking for different things, and the set of data required changes with that choice. Then come the commodity and the volume, read together: volume is relative information, and only means something against the market in question.

The record receives a protocol number and a status. Nothing is negotiated on this site — the review organises the entry, and the commercial conversation happens off the platform, run directly by the team.
