About Our Goods
Does Our Goods sell commodities?
No. We have no product of our own and we do not operate an exchange. We bring together those who buy, those who sell and those who operate between both sides.
Do you negotiate or close contracts through the site?
No. The site receives and organises stated interest. Every commercial conversation happens off the platform, run directly by our team.
How is Our Goods paid?
Through a commission agreed with the parties and due only on a completed trade. Submitting a stated interest is free of charge.
About the stated interest
Why is there no phone number or email address published?
Because the stated interest is what provides a protocol number, a record and a review. A loose channel would start the first conversation without any of the three.
What is the protocol number?
It is the identifier of your submission. With it, you can ask where your stated interest stands and get a straight answer.
How soon will I hear back?
The confirmation with your protocol number arrives as soon as the submission is registered, and the first reply from our team within two business days.
Can I register more than one stated interest?
Yes, one per trade. The same email address can register up to three submissions per day.
Do I need to send an LOI, ICPO or any other document?
Not through the site. Documents come into the direct conversation, after the review — and only those that particular trade actually requires.
Will my details be visible to other companies?
No. No counterparty data is published. Your details are shared with another party only after the review and with your consent.
The commodity I trade is not on the list. What now?
The catalogue grows with the operation. For now, stated interest is accepted for the listed markets — the markets page is worth keeping an eye on.
